Daniel Liebermann masterpiece in Mill Valley is a redwood and glass wonder
Architect Daniel Liebermann was a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, and that influence shows dramatically in 861 Lovell Ave. This Mill Valley home, built in 1962 from old growth redwood, glass, and brick, offers an exquisite example of mid-century modern.
The main house features an open floor plan, with two beds, two and a half baths, a formal dining area, and fireplace. Each bedroom opens up to the outdoors, where a patio, deck, pool and over an acre of woodsy land await. A guest house provides two additional bedrooms and full baths.
At $2.795 million, this gorgeous home almost seems like a bargain. But certainly, it’s a masterpiece.
