SF Biz Times features Wolfe & McBride Listing on “the Wall”

If you’ve ever wanted Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff as a close neighbor, now’s your chance: A house on his street is up for sale for $15 million and its amenities are nothing to sneeze at.

The seven bedroom, six full bathrooms (and two half bath) residence is located at 3383 Pacific, along the edge of the Presidio, and down the block from Benioff’s own posh home.

The Tudor Revival style home was built in 1928 and faces the Pacific Avenue Wall, which stretches for seven blocks along the Presidio National Park. The home is heavy on wood decorations, with mahogany paneling throughout, and coffered ceilings with hardwood accents. It also has a living room that has views of the Golden Gate, as well as its own solarium, tandem parking for three cars, and huge entertainment deck.

“Rounding out the interiors is a wine cellar and tasting room, plus numerous street-level rooms, including the original saddle room harking back to a time when horseback riding in the park was de rigueur,” its listing states.

The property is listed with Lisa Wolfe and Susan McBride, both with Pacific Union.
