Re-priced Marin mansion now only $12.5 million

A luxury mansion located in the tony Marin County town of Ross has slashed its price from $15 million to close to $12.5 million, hoping to tempt a buyer eight months after its original listing.

The mansion, located at 9 Woodside Way, has 16-foot tall ceilings throughout, a heated pool, a chef’s kitchen, butler pantry, five bedrooms and four and a half baths throughout its 5,020 square feet, according to Pacific Union International. High-end perks also include a 1,500-bottle wine room, bespoke Hawaiian Koa wood mill work, green roof, redwood grove and a 804-square-foot master suite with a private deck.
