A single-family home in El Cerrito has sold for close to $1 million over its original listing price, as demand remains robust in the area.
The 1,523-square-foot ranch-style home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms was originally listed for $1.098 million, but sold for a cool $2 million.
The property features hardwood floors, a fireplace, and a flexible office or third bedroom. It also touts a brick walk, shuttered facade and a spacious patio with a fully fenced yard.
The El Cerrito Hills home sold in January and spent just 12 days on the market. Mark Choi with Compass was the listing agent.
