An 11,000-square-foot property in Alamo billed as a private resort just hit the market for $19.8 million, reports the Sacramento Bee.
Designed by Beverly Hills architect Brian Tichenor, the mansion features a main estate as well as a carriage house and a tennis house. The main house touts spa-like bathrooms, a media room and gym. The outdoor living spaces are equally as posh — with a kitchen, pool, steam room and tennis court.
The property, built in 2011, originally was sold a year later for $11.8 million, according to public records.
