Noe Valley ‘T House’ breaks neighborhood record
Contemporary abode is the most expensive house sold in the hood
Conceived by Ogrydziak/Prillinger Architects at the top of Noe Valley, the perpendicular T-House just set a record as the highest priced home sold in the neighborhood.
Under the tutelage of realtor Steve Wu, 526 Duncan sold for $12,500,000.
