With a home theater, sauna and two wine rooms, this sprawling home is the epitome of luxury living.
So it is perhaps of little surprise the seven-bedroom San Francisco property comes with a price tag to match.
The 11,400sq ft house, located in the upscale Pacific Heights, better known as Billionaire’s Row, will go on the market for an eye-watering $40million (£32million) making it the city’s most expensive home.
Estate agents claim the property has already received a huge amount of interest even though it has not yet been publicly listed.
Whoever does snap up the home will enjoy every extravagance possible – and have plenty of room to entertain. The property also boasts a gym, massage room, outdoor kitchen and rooftop terrace.
Val Steele of Pacific Union International, one of the property’s listing agents, said: ‘San Francisco has the oldest housing stock in California.
‘To have a house built to the latest seismic standards with a floor plan that works for today’s lifestyle is truly unique. Many of the houses built on the Gold Coast have kitchens in the basement and do not have a garage.’
