We are feeling very strongly that this will not have a huge impact. The conversation around immigration policy may result in a brief lag in investments from the international buyer.

Moving ahead, San Francisco will continue to attract the global buyer due to its desir­ able lifestyle, real estate, air quality, education and health care. San Francisco is a world­ class city bounded by water, creating a very attractive investment option. It is a way to diversify portfolios in unsteady markets and with less stable currencies.
