A: There definitely is a lot of buzz about this right now.
Especially in San Francisco and through out the Silicon Valley market, there is a lot of speculation about how new White House pol icies may negatively affect the real estate market.
We are feeling very strongly that this will not have a huge impact. The conversation around immigration policy may result in a brief lag in investments from the international buyer.
Moving ahead, San Francisco will continue to attract the global buyer due to its desir able lifestyle, real estate, air quality, education and health care. San Francisco is a world class city bounded by water, creating a very attractive investment option. It is a way to diversify portfolios in unsteady markets and with less stable currencies.
