A decade ago, Katherine and David deWilde set out to turn their Sonoma County vacation property into a “kid magnet” for their children and grandchildren, complete with a bunk room, sports courts and speakeasy. Now the couple is putting the roughly 13-acre compound on the market for $16.7 million.

There are two guest cottages, a pool and a stand-alone gym with glass walls that open completely on two sides.
