Built by Nova Designs + Builds, this contemporary farmhouse, completed in 2018 and located in the bucolic Napa enclave of St. Helena, could’ve taken the predictable antiseptic route that befalls many a modern home. Fortunately, de rigeur decor didn’t happen.

Instead, 1617 Inglewood Avenue boasts a clever facade of industrial Corten steel (weathered to perfection), stone, and charred cedar sidings. The dark exteriors provide a nice contrast to the home’s light interiors.

Featuring two floors, three beds, three baths, and 3,753 square feet, the farmhouse comes with hardwood flooring, walnut cabinetry in the kitchen, wood and steel beams, massive glass windows that bring the outside indoors, and outside private shower.

Also, for good measure, there’s a pool and in-ground spa.

Asking is $4,900,000.
