‘Friends’ Star Matthew Perry Selling His L.A Penthouse For $27 Million — Comes With It’s Own Bat Cave!!

‘Friends’ star Matthew Perry is selling his $27 Million L.A penthouse, and if you ever wanted to be ‘Batman’ well now is your chance, because this mansion comes with its very own BAT CAVE!!

According to multiple reports, the ‘Friends’ star is selling his massive condo dubbed the ‘Mansion in the sky’ for a really good price of just $27 Million.

The massive property comes equipped with its own screening room and as we said, a ‘bat cave’ complete with memorabilia of the actor’s favorite superhero!!

The property’s price, which originally hit the market back in 2019 for $35 million, has now been reduced by $8 million and is available for $27 million.

As for how massive this thing is — it is nearly 9,300 square feet and comes with four bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The apartment occupies the entire 40th floor of the coveted ‘Century Building’ in Los Angeles.

But, don’t worry about Perry, he will still be making a pretty penny off of the sale, because according to property records he bought it a few years back for $20 million.
