Interior designer L.M. Pagano, who has decorated the homes (and yachts) of Hollywood glitterati, is selling her Topanga residence on 6 acres for $4.5 million.
Within 3,640 square feet, the contemporary-style home was completed in 1990 and has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and canyon and ocean views from most rooms.
The kitchen has a center island embedded with a cooktop stove. It opens to a breakfast area that has low built-in cabinets with glass-paneled doors.
A few steps up from the dining room is the living room with French doors that open to a terrace. TOP ARTICLES1/5READ MORETrump denies briefing about reported bounties onU.S. troops
The house also has two master suites with private view decks.
In the back yard, there’s an infinity-edge swimming pool and a pool house with wall-to-wall sliding glass, a fireplace and an outdoor shower.
A bridge crosses a seasonal brook that runs through the property.
Down a short path in the canyon lies a bonus structure that the listing notes can double as a studio for yoga, art or recording music.
The listing agents are Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen of Compass and Nancy Nelms of Snyder Sutton Real Estate.
Pagano bought the house in 2013 for $2.365 million.
According to the listing agents, she designed the interiors and enlisted feng shui master Karen Rauch Carter to bless the home.
Pagano is a designer to the stars. Her clients include Johnny Depp, who hired the designer to transform his 156-foot yacht into what Vanity Fair described as “Orient Express by way of Parisian brothel.”
She’s also the designer behind Matthew Perry’s penthouse in Los Angeles currently listed at $35 million.
