American clothier Doris Fisher has listed the Bay Area home she shared with late husband Don Fisher for sale on the open market. The property is located in the affluent bedroom community of Atherton—where late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen kept a primary residence—and priced at $100 million on the nose.

The Fishers spent decades in the 1927-built home; according to listing information, the last time it was for sale was 1975. The estate is comprised of three parcels which total eight acres, enough space for a leisurely series of tree-dotted grounds that includes statuary, a tennis court, a guest cottage, and a pool and pool house.

The home’s interiors are bright and unpretentious, with off-white walls and ceilings and pale plank hardwood that appears to be maple. Notable spaces include an airy, light-drenched living room. There are a total of five bedrooms and four baths on the gated property.

The Fishers founded popular casual threads headquarters The Gap in 1969 in San Francisco; today, the company’s holdings include Banana Republic and Old Navy. The sale’s proceeds will be donated to the Doris & Donald Fisher Foundation, a philanthropic organization that specializes in charter school investment and advocacy.

Doris Fisher’s net worth is around $3 billion, according to Forbes.More info
