Anna Spathis and Dennis Stavropoulos’s Laidley Heights Manor catches attention of Business Times

Check out this $10M mansion up for sale in S.F.’s new favorite neighborhood for Apple execs

If you’ve ever wanted to live near a bunch of Apple executives, now’s your chance: A neo-modern $10 million mansion has just gone up for sale on San Francisco’s Laidley Street, a thoroughfare that’s become popular with high-ranking techies.

The 5,320-square-foot Laidley Manor in the micro neighborhood of Laidley Heights (a tiny slice of Glen Park) sprawls throughout three floors and has views of downtown, the Bay Bridge and the Oakland Hills. It’s also directly next to Duncan Kerr, a member of Apple’s (NASDAQ: AAPL) elite design team, Apple development executive Michael Tchao and Apple’s Alexander Soren, who is a well-known patent inventor.

The property includes a gym, wine kitchen, chef’s kitchen, 5,000-bottle wine room, media room, deck and Japanese courtyard with a fountain. The house’s has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, as well as granite and marble touches throughout. You can take a look at the property in our gallery above.

The listing agents for the property are Anna Spathis and Dennis Stavropoulos with Pacific Union.

“[It’s] secluded behind a seamless cedar fence, inconspicuous from the road and offering little hint of the refuge beyond. It’s an oasis of volume and light, hidden in plain sight with world-class views from public rooms and bedrooms on a double-wide lot,” Spathis told the Business Times on Thursday.
