Now THAT’S a dog house! Mansion with its own canine spa and pet run on sale for $39million… and the owner will give all the money to his animal charity. David Duffield, billionaire founder of Peoplesoft and Workday, spent seven years designing and building the home, but just three years after moving in the home is on the market for $39 million despite some of its quirky features. It has a an outdoor dog park with two paw washing stations, an indoor dog spa, and a soundproof aviary. Located to the east of San Francisco, the 20,000 square foot main property features eight beds and nine bathrooms. The house, named Fieldhaven, has a two-bed guest house and 12-vehicle ‘car barn’ with another room located above.
