Steve Wu’s Posh Noe Valley House Comes with Posh Neighbors
May 16, 2017
Would you pay $12.5 million to live in this Noe Valley house near Mark Zuckerberg’s?
If you have almost $13 million in your shopping budget and have always wanted to live in Noe Valley, now’s your chance: A posh $12.5 million listing at 526 Duncan Street just came on the market.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home has three terraces, a chef’s kitchen, a rooftop lounge, an elevator, all of which is designed in a contemporary style. Located in Noe Valley’s Duncan cul-de-sac, it is around the corner from eateries like Noe Valley Baking Company, Firefly and the Noe Valley Farmers Market and close to James Lick Middle School, whose alumnae include Carlos Santana and Benjamin Bratt.
But the neighborhood’s biggest draw might be its residents, who count Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan, Twitter founder Evan Williams and novelist Scott Hutchins among their number. No word yet on whether Zuckerberg’s ongoing renovations just over the hill are within earshot.
The listing agent is Steve Wu with Pacific Union International.
